One Hundred Black Men (OHBM), Asian American Business Development Center (AABDC), and Hispanic Federation (HF) will make all determination of applicant need and appropriate remittance. Hennessy is not involved in deciding any aspect of acceptance or financial disbursement.
Completed forms will be processed in the order they are received, and reserves will be used as deemed appropriate by the community partner.
Owners who receive funding will agree to allow Hennessy, OHBM, AABDC, HF, and NBA and NBA entities use of their name and likeness, as well as the name and likeness of the business named in the application.
Only completed applications received during the application open dates will be considered. Application open dates are from 9:01am ET on March 22, 2022, to 11:59pm ET on March 28, 2022.
One form entry allowed per business, as defined by the EIN. Owners with multiple businesses may only enter one of their businesses. In the case an owner with multiple businesses receives multiple funding offers, only one may be accepted.
